Buyatab.com is a website service that sells Tabs. Tabs are pre paid obligations
for specific Merchants ("Registered Merchants") that are bought by consumers and
companies ("Users") for delivery to other consumers or companies ("recipient").
Tabs may be sold in two forms - Electronic Tabs and Plastic Tabs. Electronic
Tabs ("E-Tabs") are emailed to the recipient, mailed to the recipient or self
printed. Plastic Tabs, which take the form of a standard gift card, are mailed
through the Registered Merchant to the recipient.

Information Collected from User
Buyatab.com receives and may store any information Users enter on Buyatab.com’s
Website or make available to Buyatab.com’s Website in other way.
Buyatab.com collects information Users provide when Users sign up as a member,
buy a Tab, contact Buyatab.com, enter a sweepstakes, participate in a contest or
survey, and/or create an address books. This information may include Users
name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, demographic information, such
as date of birth, gender, geographic area and Users preferences. It may
also include information Users provide about other individuals, for example the
name and address of a Tab recipient.
Buyatab.com collects personal information when Users complete an online
employment application or submit a resume to Buyatab.com via e-mail or
voluntarily post personal information in connection with the Website.
Credit cards accepted are handled through a third party and Buyatab.com does not
keep record of and/or store any vulnerable credit card information.
Buyatab.com may also receive information about individuals from other parties in
order to customize services offered to Users.

to create a customized user profile. When a user purchase’s a Tab for one of
Buyatab.com’s Merchant partners, they may collect and share that purchase
information with Buyatab.com so Buyatab.com can customize the Website to
Buyatab.com’s users' preferences. Buyatab.com will provide the same level of
protection to personally identifying information accumulated by Buyatab.com in
this context as personal information Buyatab.com directly collects from users.
Consents are requested from the user before Buyatab.com create such profiles.
Use
of Information
Buyatab.com uses the information Users provide to enhance Users experience with
Buyatab.com and to provide Users with high quality products and services. For
example, Buyatab.com uses a Tab for information on how to process and track
Users purchases and other transactions via the Website, maintain a record of
Buyatab.com’s interactions with Users, respond to Users inquiries, update Users
on Buyatab.com’s new and existing products and services, remind Users of
important occasions, and to conduct surveys, contests and sweepstakes via the
Website, and to customize Buyatab.com’s Website for Users. Buyatab.com will also
use Users e-mail address to notify Users of special offers.
Sharing
Buyatab.com partners with other parties to provide services. When a user signs
up for these services, Buyatab.com will share names, or other contact
information that is necessary for the third party to provide these services. The
other parties are not allowed to use personally identifying information except
for the purpose of providing their contracted services. In the registration
form, a user provides his or her consent to the above sharing of information.

Buyatab.com contracts with third-party companies to allow Buyatab.com to provide
services and process purchases with Users. Buyatab.com is not responsible for
any additional information Users provide to these parties, and Buyatab.com

Buyatab.com provides additional information regarding the use of Buyatab.com’s
Website to Registered Merchant whose Tabs we sell, but these statistics do not
include personally identifying information.
Buyatab.com discloses personal information when Buyatab.com believes it is
appropriate to comply with the law (e.g., a lawful subpoena, warrant or court
order); to enforce or apply this Privacy Policy or Buyatab.com’s other policies
or agreements; to initiate, render, bill, and collect for amounts owed to
Buyatab.com; to protect Buyatab.com’s or Buyatab.com’s customers' rights,
property or safety; to protect Buyatab.com’s customers from fraudulent, abusive,
or unlawful use of Buyatab.com’s Website; or if Buyatab.com reasonably believe

Users, or, for Registered Merchant, by Buyatab.com. Buytab.com recommends that
Users do not share Users password with anyone. In addition, Users Personally
Identifiable Information, located on a secure server that is accessed in

secure. As a result, while Buytab.com employ’s commercially reasonable security

the user therefore has a choice whether or not to disclose this information.

database.
Children
If Users are under 13, Users should not provide information on Buyatab.com and
should consult Users parent to do so for Users. If a child has provided
Buyatab.com’s Website with personally identifiable information, Buyatab.com
strongly recommends that a parent or guardian contact Buyatab.com and
Buyatab.com will make all efforts to delete the information about the child from
