What is a Hyatt Gift Card?
A Hyatt Gift Card is an electronic card or plastic card that can be purchased at www.hyattgiftcards.com and can be redeemed at participating Hyatt hotels in most countries in North America (Includes Canada), Mexico, Caribbean, Central America and South America. Do Hyatt Gift Cards expire or have any fees?
No, Hyatt Gift Cards do not expire or carry any fees.
Is there a minimum amount and/or maximum amount I can put on a Hyatt Gift Card?
Yes. Hyatt Gift Cards have a minimum value of $25 and maximum value of $2000. You cannot buy any more than $10,000 of Hyatt Gift Cards within the same day.
Are Hyatt Gift Cards transferable?
Yes. A recipient can pass them on to a friend, relative, associate, etc. to use.
Do I have to be a guest at the hotel to use Gift Cards?
Hyatt Gift Cards can be used whether the card holder is a guest or not of the hotel.
Do I receive World Of Hyatt points when I purchase Hyatt Gift cards?
Yes and No. Hyatt Gift Card purchases are not eligible to earn World Of Hyatt points directly from Hyatt, however, when using the World of Hyatt or Hyatt Credit Card from Chase, 1 Bonus Point per $1 spent will be earned.
Do I receive World Of Hyatt points when I redeem Hyatt Gift Cards?
Yes, when redeeming a Hyatt Gift card, points will be earned on eligible purchases
Buying & Sending
Can I change the value of my Hyatt Gift Card purchase or cancel the transaction?
We're sorry but all Hyatt Gift Card transactions are final. If you want to increase the Hyatt Gift Card value, then a new transaction will be required.
How can I purchase Corporate Gift Cards and Certificates?
The business-to-business offerings of Hyatt Gift Cards, Hyatt Nights Certificates, and Hyatt Check Certificates will be discontinued effective December 30th, 2016. There is no limit on the quantity that can be purchased as long as the purchase is made by 12:00pm CST on December 30th, 2016. All 2016 pricing will remain active until the purchase deadline on at 12:00pm CST on December 30th, 2016. The 2016 participating locations realignment will remain in effect for the life of all Hyatt Nights Certificates. All existing gift cards and certificates will continue to be honored and current redemption procedures will remain in place. There will be no future exchanges, extensions or refunds on any Hyatt Gift Cards or Certificates.

You may use your Hyatt Gift Card at participating Hyatt hotels in most countries in North America (Includes Canada), Mexico, Caribbean, Central America and South America. This includes Park Hyatt, Grand Hyatt, Hyatt Regency, Hyatt, Andaz, Hyatt Centric, The Unbound Collection, Hyatt Place, Hyatt House, Hyatt Zilara, Hyatt Ziva, Hyatt Residence Clubs.
