Are there any fees associated with the purchase of an eGift Card?

No. You will only be charged the face value of the eGift Card, and we will not impose shipping or any other fees at any time.

Are there any fees associated with the purchase of a Physical Card?

The only fee you will pay is the cost of shipping which is $1.50 for USPS First Class (no tracking) or $10.00 for USPS Priority (includes tracking).

What payment methods do you accept?

VISA, MasterCard, American Express.

Do Tony Roma’s Gift Cards expire?

No, Tony Roma’s gift cards do not expire.

Can I reload my Tony Roma Gift Card after I've spent the full value?

Tony Roma’s gift cards are not reloadable. You will need to purchase a new gift card.

How can I check the balance on my gift card?

What if I lose my Gift Card?

Tony Roma’s is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or unauthorized use of gift cards. If you accidently delete your eGift card email, please contact customer support by calling /texting (833)-956-8394 between the hours of 9:00am – 1:30am EST or email trgiftcardsupport@buyatab.com.

When is the eGift Card sent to the recipient?

The eGift Card alert message is sent to the recipient on the date you choose. The delivery date is pre-set to the current date, so if you do not select a different date, the alert message is sent on the same day as your purchase.

Can I buy an eGift Card for myself?

Yes. To do so, go to the "Self-Deliver" tab underneath "Delivery Options” On this tab, enter your name in the "Recipient Name" field, the eGift Card will be emailed to the purchaser’s email address. Complete the transaction normally. When you receive your eGift Card email, follow the instructions in the email to retrieve and redeem your eGift Card.
